I was first drawn towards this site because my phone was due for renewal and T-Mobile wanted to charge me £80 for a new phone - admittedly I am only a low user.

The same phone through Mobile Phone Central was free on the same low users contract. They were easily one of the cheapest retailers I had found and they also offer special cash back deals etc. I wasn't for a cash back deal as once bitten twice shy (I tried this last year and only ever gon 2 payments before the company went under).

My initial impressions were fairly positive. On site ordering was easy all important questions asked making for a seamless transaction - they even added the phone to my existing contract with T-Mobile without any problems. Incidentally the free insurance for 1 month can also be removed when ordering if required.

I have the phone for a few days but the handset was faulty and had to be returned. I contacted T-Mobile first and had no joy. I contacted Mobile Phone Central explained the problem and they all I needed to do was send the old handset back. Very well I though and happily waited until today and I received a brand new handset.

Overall I have found the service to be very good for a bargain bucket supplier. They may not be the best but they are cheap and my experience has been first rate.
