It Didn't Crash
Bad Points
In my experience, expensive, bad food, don't reply to my complaints and appear to want money for the the slightest of things.
General Comments
I have travelled with BMI over 20 times on long distance flights. You can't pre book seats unless you pay money, Personally, I would not serve the food to my dog let alone a human being. When my bags were delayed on a flight from London Heathrow to Edinburgh for 24 hrs I then wrote a letter of complaint for compensation. I didn't even receive an explanation or reply. I have never known the flight to leave Heathrow on time, to Baku.
