Good Points

Will pick you up and drop you off.


Bad Points

Cars are not supplied with a full fuel tank. So if you have a long journey the first thing you have to do is fill up.


General Comments

Having used four different Enterprise branchs in the UK over the last couple of months I have had no bad experiences. They were all quite happy to pick me up and drop me off.

The cars were always clean and tidy and there were never any unexpected charges at a later date. The deposit was always paid back the day the car was returned.

I always phoned the branch direct to make the booking and found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant. Pick up and drop off was always speedy and efficient. Despite only booking a couple of days before requiring the car, if the class of car required was not available I was given a free upgrade.
