Installation craftsmen (?) OK friendly and fairly efficient. All our problems were with the supply of compoent parts not Everest, Wrong items supplied three times, and we wasted days waiting for people to arrive. Dreadful customer support. No resonse when promised, huge delays, We opted for a wooden porch, the supply was subcontracted, the installers were NOT carpenters which showed after installation. The 'rectification' man was obviously fed up with picking up on bad workmanship and hostile customers. We still await completion four months after the start.Would never have chosen them if I'd read the comments on this site first. Expensive and never again!
