Welcome Car Finance, Very good when trying to contact you, call you back when they say, call you to confirm your still coming, bringing paper work and so on. In my experience, from day one, the car had faults, they just don't appear to want to know, won't even call back However, I would never use Welcome Car Finance ever again and don't recommend them to anyone else. So, you have bad credit or not, in my opinion there are other companies that would treat you a lot better and also try to help if things go wrong or are not right in the first place.
