I have never had a problem with bad credit but i wanted this Vanquis card to use without frills or extra things to confuse me! I have been nothing but impressed - I get hold of a real person when I phone up, in my experience you get payments processed quickly. Also i had one query which was payment related and it was resolved within the phonecall. A great card. People might argue that it's interest rates are ridiculous, but then again so are the most prestigious cards - so my advice is don't bite off more than you can chew and pay it off every month!
