I took a risk with Dwell as I had seen some very poor reviews. However, I had a very positive experience with them. Good communication. The bed was delivered when they said it would be. Sadly my stairs were too bendy and that bed did not fit even though the delivery men gave it a good go. The bed was taken back with the delivery men and payment refunded on the same day. I called to check on the status two days later and got straight through to an advisor who updated me there and then.
