Good Points

Comfortable seats, good food and pleasant staff.


Bad Points

No trained skills in the supplying of oxygen.


General Comments

My partner had to have oxygen on board and the staff were very vague to say the least on the operation. We had problems straight away and thank goodness there was a trained nurse in our party who had to show them what to do!! On the return trip the staff at Bangkok airport had no idea about the oxygen being supplied on board and we had to wait about 20mins to sort it out. On the return trip the staff were even more vague and even another passenger offered to explain the procedure but the nurse in our party (a friend) had to take over. All this and we had paid £850.00 for the supply of the oxygen this INCLUDED paying for a seat fare to 'hold' the oxygen. The oxygen charge was £544.00. Very poor service Eva Air!! All this caused great stress to both myself and my partner as the oxygen was essential for his well being on the flight.
