General Comments

Girlfriend takes out a phone contract with Carphone Warehouse, buys insurance. Staff nice as pie as they sell her the phone!

After a week phone is faulty... Girlfriend takes phone back into shop and is accused of lying! "there is no way you got that here".
"do you think we are stupid".

It turns out that a member of staff scanned the wrong phone so therefore insurance does not cover her as HE scanned the wrong phone.

They reccomend the ombudsman as there is nothing they can do.

    that sounds really Bad, are you serious because i've worked in a couple of phone shops before but this sounds disgusting. they scanned the Wrong phone that couldn't of happen how is that possible though. you Buy a phone and they scan it and give you paper work back that's confused me surely
