I use their services every month to send some money to my parents in Brazil. They've got a good and reliable service. And I don't need to pay any transfer fee which is a plus. Before I transfer my money i usually search for the updated exchange rate and transfer fee among several money transfer agencies. Some have their exchange rate on their websites but i usually call 2 or 3 agencies that i'm registered to check their exchange rates. The better exchange rate the more money is transferred. Some agencies have low transfer fees (or no fees at all) but not so good exchange rates, while other agencies have the opposite. In my experience, i found that Trans-Fast has a above average exchange rates, but since it doesn't charge any transfer fees, it seems a good solution for me.
