Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking really works! I have been smoking for 21yrs + and have tried on numerous occasions to stop. Everything Allan talks about in the book is true and every smoker can relate to what he says. I am now a happy non- smoker thanks to Allan Carr. This book is excellent and I would recommend it to all smokers.
