Showbar was brillant, i,ve been in a lot of haven showbars and this has to be one of the best.
ideal base for exploring

General Comments

After reading the reviews of this site we was dreading coming to this holiday park in the summer holidays.
We had booked a gold caravan with Haven Holidays, Combe Haven on a 8 days for 7 days offer for around £400 pound in the summer holidays.
Arrived at main car park and the reception staff was outside with tables handing out the keys for the caravans. No queue just walked up got keys and back into car to find the caravan.
Caravan was nice and clean but a basic gold i think as have stopped in a lot better gold caravans. But it's all that we needed kids loved as usual.

The Park itself is very nice alot better than expected. It is a bit hilly in some parts.
There is a landfill site that you can see that everybody complains about in these reviews, which nearly put us off.
But to be honest it just looked like a hill with a some sort drill at the top in the horizon. There was no smell, it did'nt look unsightly. If your caravans in the valley part of the park, you don't see it.

The showbar looked amazing, one of the best, Always managed to find seating as the lay out was spot on. Alot of planning in the furniture and the positioning to give the best seating capacity.

Overall had a excellent holiday which was nearly ruined by reading these reviews,
Come to the conclusion like alot of reviews you can't please everyone and when you look through review sites, You will always find mostly bad reviews, As when someone has had a bad time they tell everyone which nowdays is through the internet.
When you've had a good time the last thing on your mind is giving the product a great review.
