The Honda VTR1000 Firestorm 998 does all I have asked from track day to distance tourer. Wheelies like a demon on a fast take-off. The luggage options are few thank goodness. As always - short tank range. Also gets hot in slow traffic on a sunny day - its the fan. Still get a kick out of taking it out of the garage. Second bike is an R1200GS for touring with pillion, getting back on the yellow peril always feels like Ogri on a mission. There are faster bikes and braver pilots but this one has lasted the distance.
