Ideal World - Not very ideal from the customer's point of view. I ordered goods on 15 Dec. Did not arrive. I had to send 2 emails and eventually phone to get a response and finally got a refund. I reordered the goods 1 Feb and again they have not arrived. Email one week ago not responded to so I had to phone today. They say they were delivered on 7 Feb to my address. I beg to differ. They took the money from my account straight away. The Supervisor was "too busy" to speak to me..... I had a similar experience over a year ago with them when I ordered 3 items together and it months to get the right money reimbursed and I had to do all the chasing - emails, phone calls, letter.

I almost gave Ideal World another chance when they were selling knives which I wanted. Luckily, my daughter told me that I could buy them on another shopping Channel, which I did. They were here 4 days after the order, so I will probably NEVER use Ideal World again.
They have a new Chief Executive, and I thought things might have improved, but one of my friends who is a Flyflot fan, bought a pair about 3 weeks ago; she is still waiting for delivery and has made more than 6 calls to Customer Services, no joy!
I've advised her to give up after her refund and gave her the online address of another company who sell Flyflot.
