General Comments

The sales executive paid careful attention to what we wanted the room to be, and applied his experience to produce a design that we would not have been able to do by ourselves. He did not 'oversell' and fill the room with furniture, but helped us crystallise our thinking and avoid mistakes. The drawings and particularly the 3D images were a very accurate representation of the finished job. Work was scheduled to suit us - a pleasant experience when often the customer is expected to fall in with the supplier's timelines. The job itself was completed in a day and with virtually no mess left for us to clear up. Their craftmanship is a credit to them and is clear to see in the finished product. On the whole a great experience and NJ is one of these rarities where you feel you could pick the phone up anytime and be guaranteed a positive and curteous response.
The room, previously a junkroom, is now a state of the art study and all our friends are wowed by the difference.
It could never be described as inexpensive, but you get what you pay for in the end. The McLaughlins remain delighted customers and would certainly buy again.
