I believe that for the price I paid I should have received a more reliable machine. It has recently started to have a very strange odour and I also noticed my clothes are not coming out very clean, even when I rewash the load! Spin on the Maytag Neptune FAV6800AWW Top Load is unpredictable. I've had the repair man over 4 times now and no results. From reading the other complaints I'm sorry to hear I would have to replace it with yet another MAYTAG if I go that route. At least for me it lasted longer than most.
