The Nikon D90 is good for advanced amateurs, Highly recommended. If you don't need weather-sealing and/or slightly better build quality, this is the camera for you!. Why spend money on a D300 with a comparable/almost similar sensor? The ISO quality has been said to be better than the D300's. The D90 and D300's image quality is very similar. Good points are terrific image quality (almost the same as the D300), good ISO performance, HD 720p recording. Bad points are no weather sealing, modest frame rate, Manual focus video. Once again, highly recommended!

Its not just one person that dislikes the manual focus video, but i dont think this will put me off. Camera with 18-108 lens can now be found for £730!

I found this review helpful because my son asked me which camera to buy and I recommended this one, it is good to know that I'm not the only one who thinks this is a good buy.
