Not many of these, I fear. We ordered a Kyoto bed and two double Silentnight mattresses, and we did eventually receive them. Price was good, and they offered free delivery. We were given the impression that we wouldn't have to wait long for delivery. In fact our money was taken almost immediately, and we had to wait several weeks for the goods, having to sleep on a lilo on the floor. I phoned Bedsdirect and Furniture Logistics regularly to find out what the delay was, and it appeared that it was the delivery firm that was really the problem - they wouldn't deliver when we were available to receive the goods. Bedsdirect didnt seem interested now that we had paid, and Furniture Logistics didnt seem at all flexible or keen to try to satisfy the customer. I was going to order another bed from Bedsdirect, but changed my mind after the experience with my first order. Homebase got my custom and were much more efficient.
