Vodafone has a reliable network but amongst the 3 mobile phone providers, Vodafone is far from being the best. Most of their phones are Vodafone customized with different menus and functions which aren't always great.
Average customer service, up to 30-35 minutes waiting time even out of peak hours. Bad communication between them: I had to request itemised bill one day. When it did not come through the post, I called them again and they told me they did not have record of my request, which is fine the first time but not the second or the third time!!!! When I ended up my contract, I had to pay the final bill by phone and could not go through. I sent them an email regarding this, which they dissmissed, and then transferred my file to a debt collector!!!!! The matter was resolved soon after but I had to make a formal complaint.
