General Comments
Having read the other reviews on this site, I decided to phone Bristol Cameras first to make sure my item was in stock. I was after some binoculars that had been discontinued by the manufacturer, and Bristol camera were selling for a really great price. I did not find it difficult to get through on the phone and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was assured that the bins were in stock and could be shipped ASAP. It took about a week and another phone call for them to be shipped (due to claimed staff shortages) but they arrived last week safe and sound and I am very pleased considering I saved about £50 compared to the price for the same bins listed on another online retail site. The only reason they didn't get a '10' was the longer than expected shipping time.
