After reading all the terrible reviews that have been posted about SMS I really wasn't looking forward to what might lay in store as my passport was being delivered by them. Even more so when I recieved a letter saying the first delivery was unsuccesful. However apart from the call centre staff in my opinion being a bit rude the passport arrived on my selected day and before my selected time. The courier was very pleasent and happy too. I think maybe SMS have turned a corner and people might want to think again before putting them down. I would certainly use them again.

Glad you seem happy with their service.
I was wondering, if the letter you received from them was the first indication of a delivery then the service is a little less than great. Why did they not leave a note through the door to say they had been? Nothing against the couriers who do the job, the problem in my opinion is this company's management.
