Been with talktalk for nearly a year, I was stopped up town and signed up for an 18 month contract. I must say I have saved a small fortune, what with the free anytime calls and free broadband.
My only niggling issue is you really do get what you pay for, take for example the phone service. Intermittently i seem to experience no dial tone, and sometimes when I call out it displays random numbers that is unrecognisable as a uk number. This aside the phone service is ok, no major issues and is cheap.
Broadband, well again is free and talktalk don't let you forget it. It also i find intermittently shuts down, some times for hours on end. On the few occasions I called up (after a long wait) I am advised that they are either doing work or to reset my router. They should really send an email out of any planned work that way we are expecting problems and wont be as annoyed.
Over all, the service is ok. The problems mentioned although annoying do not happen all that often. After all they do as they say, the service is cheap and cheerful and I for one quite like that.

Since writing this review, the service has improved rather well, been months since the phone services played up, although I do still get internet downtime albeit for short periods of time. Last week talktalk called and said they would upgrade my internet service and give me free 0845 and 0870 numbers for 50p extra a month, I took them up of that offer, I cant say ive seen much of an improvement on the internet side but I should see the improvement in my pocket when my next bill arrives.
