Switched to EDF a year or so ago, they promised lower bills with duel fuel discounts.Good points are, Nectar Points, Good Customer Service. All has been well until my annual review arrived with figures that didn't seem to make sense. It turns out that they had "system problems" and mistakenly calculated that my direct debit had to increase by a whopping £70 a month. When I called to challenge them (armed with my account statements) they quickly offered to recalculate. As it turns out it only needed to go up by about £20.
The point I am trying to make is that you need to keep a close an eye on your statement.
I am definitely looking forward to next year and hope they don't have the same "system error" as this year.
