I have been with Orange since Freeserve dial up (many years). I have upgraded two times and moved house. I have not had any problems on any of the upgrades, including the house move. The equipment has been sent out promptly and the customer service has been fine. In fact recently I dealt with UK helpdesks and they were excellent. My recent upgrade was for 8 meg and got nearly 6 - no complaints. price wise - very competitive. I would like to see a way of monitoring Broadband useage, and the technical telephone call price come down.
