I live in West Hampstead in London and tend to go to my local Nandos for lunch with work friends. We've always found the food very good and can easily be served and finish our meal within the hour lunch break whilst not feeling rushed.
I can't find fault with the West Hampstead branch.

However a couple of weeks ago my partner and I were in Finchley Road o2 centre and noticed they have a Nandos. Feeling hungry we popped in. First we noticed the restaurant isn't as nicely laid out as the Hampstead branch. It feels much narrower and packed in. But, with it being placed inside a shopping centre, I guess space is more restricted.

The staff were nice enough, but didn't seem to care as much,

When the food came we were disappointed. The chicken at our regular branch is always top notch, juicy, tender and delicious. Here it seemed very dry and there didn't seem to be as much of it.

Although I can't say the experience was bad, if it had been my first time at a Nandos, I probably wouldn't have given it another shot.

I feel that you, like myself, have given a higher Score due to your previous experiences at Nandos. I'm thinking whether I should have submitted a lower score because this particular trip to Nandos wasn't good.
