Good Points

Easy claim forms. Speed of payout. Staff at centre very helpful.


Bad Points

Absolutely none!!


General Comments

We took insurance out for our kitten and 6 months later our kitten was hit by a car. He had a broken pelvis along with other minor injuries. We had to use an emergency vet and then he was transferred to our own vet. We had to put two claims in for this. I cannot praise Argos Pet Insurance enough. They paid out the full amount (minus excess) with great speed! They were helpful and straight forward on the phone too. We spent a great deal of time choosing our insurance, our vet wanted us to go with Pet Plan and he said he had experienced issues getting money from Argos but we ignored him (despite him pressurising us)and we definately made the right decision. I would def recommend Argos to anyone.
