Bad Points
My Bissell Powerwash Proheat / 1698 Carpet Shampooer has been used twice, it left a dirty line on the carpet when I unplugged it, it seemed to leak and now I can not remove it. I find that now it is loosing suction and wets the carpets but won't pull up the water there is alot of dirt in the window at the front and I can't find a way to open to clean it! This is insane I will never buy another of these machines!!!
