Kanebo Mascara 38'C Silk Performance is the best mascara ever made. I suppose depending on what you require. But my main problem is black eyes. I have tried loads of very expensive designer brands and high street brands for water proof mascara, and this is the best of the best. Incredible as is does not remove unless you wash your eye's in warm water (hense the38 degree's) although some people haven't quite realise that??? does also lengthen and add volume. Fantastic. Have recommended it to every female I know. Only bad points are it takes a while to lengthen as you have to build it up and you can only get it on the net or in Harrods.
