Have been to Biot Camping Eden the last 4 summers with my family, the kids have made lots of new friends, we have too! Very relaxed atmosphere on the whole campsite. Very good restaurant and bar on site. Communal pool is good. Very relaxed site, quite small (about 120-150 plots). Good mix of nationalities (English, Irish, French and Dutch mostly). I always feel my kids are safe on site. Only downside is Not enough sun loungers by the pool.
Biot is a lovely village, as is nearby Valbonne and St Paul de Vence. Monaco is worth a visit.
