I got to Pontins, Blackpool and there was a smell in my chalet (shed) and the kids were disgusted too. I have a 13 year old and a 11 year old and the pool felt cold to me, the staff appeared to me to be too, and it was a horrible experience, but i am very glad i went so i know what it is like and can't go back again!
