I was broken into 17th dec 2008, whilst my family was all in bed!!! they stole 2 phones 1 camera purse cards and jewllery!!! after a month a loss adjuster arrived, didnt seem to have a clue re my claim.... its now Feb and after I send all documents off as proof i owned the items stolen have heard nothing... i rang today at 4.30 (15thcall) and was told the cliam was being dealt with in the cardiff office....... I live in herts.................... If this claim ever gets sorted I will be cancelling my policy with TESCO.
