Friendly staff, prompt service and low premiums

General Comments

Now that Animal Friends Pet Insurance are not underwritten by E & L Insurance, a lot of the experiences people had written about above for claims may not apply. My experience of AFs is that they care about your pet and offer good cover for the price. My only claim was when it was still underwritten by E & L and even then I received a prompt settlement.
