General Comments

My mother-in-Law was taken seriously ill during our 3rd day in Florida. Rang the help line. they requested her details, hospital, doctor etc and said they would ring us back. 10 mins later rang with a couple of flights we could get back. Chose which one we wanted. Unfortunately couldn't get to our original airport but provided us with a taxi from Manchester to Sunderland. (he was more than happy to drop us at the hospital, didn't need to go home first) She died before our return. we then had a follow up phone call telling us we could claim for the loss of the remainder of our holiday, park tickets etc. Didn't take this up as we had other things to deal with so cannot comment how this would have turned out but for an insurance company to volunteer this information must be pretty unique!!!!!
would never use any other company but Post Office Travel Insurance. Took all of the stress we could have had in getting home.
