Bad Points

Well, I know that Spanish people are patriots but I didn't imagine that in 21th century there will someone that wouldn't speak English but I met at their office in Tenerife a rep that was speaking only Spanish. Fortunately, he brought an English speaking person...


General Comments

As I had never visited Spain until last summer, I didn't know any car hire websites in Spain. I had no information about prices, cars, and conditions... A friend that lives there advised me to book a car with AutoCarHire.es...I had no expectations but my friend's opinion! Well...I was impressed with their service...very client-oriented with the low prices, all inclusive rates, no deposit required...My car was new, and I was able to visit Tenerife, an island that I was longing to visit ... Every little rate is explained on this website and in the booking form, I had no bad surprised. I recommend it to anyone.
