General Comments

I cannot recommend Virgin premium ecomony higher, from check in the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a 6 month old baby with us and they made us feel so comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. We had bulk head seats on both legs of the trip to and from JFK , they gave us a sky cot which was fantastic, so much so our little one slept for 5/12 hours of the flight there and 6 1/2 hours on way back. They food was great, drinks brought round constantly, even offered extra pillow and blanket without asking.

I will be flying again with Virgin again very shortly and will continue to do so.
