Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking is excellent, made me laugh and so easy to relate to. Can be somewhat repetitive but i suppose thats neccessary. All i can say is a was a 25-30 cig smoker a day(it was the 1st thing i done as soon as i opened my eyes) and after finishing the book i havent had a cigarette nor do i want one!!! Im a happy free non smoker
