The Creative Labs Inspire P580 5.1 has very good sound quality.
Large volume of sound
Clear surround system
3d sound effect

I have the experience of many of them. It is very good if you are going to use it in a small office area. For bigger room it is not enough.
I would say that it is the best choice for everyday use with a desk top computer for a student and specially for a child. For an adult in a medium size office it is not enough.

It is the best value for money.
