General Comments
The Coolpix L12 is a fair compact camera from Nikon. It is a decent product but it seems to be designed for point and shoot, with not as many manual modes as I would like. As a simple digital compact it does what I expect from it. I lke the VR it works good and does the trick.
What I don't like that much is that flash is only possible without VR.
Possibly Nikon has done that to save power drain and retain a fair battery life.
