General Comments

This is my experience with Veterinary Pet Insurance (VPI) Pet Health Insurance. I submitted my claim for E&L pet insurance on 21st December 2008. In January I got a reply saying my claim was being looked into. Despite two further phone calls, the first which did confirm my claim was being paid, I have still not received payment. The reason given was volume of cheques being issued! I don't think this is good enough! I was then asked to phone back in 2 weeks so it seems there is no intention of the company paying up before then. I will definitely not renew my policy. Other companies may be slightly more expensive but I think their service is much more efficient and reliable.
