Abbey Flexible Saver Savings Account is easy to set up application online. Easy to get through on phone. However there has been no response whatsoever since online application. No confirmation e.mail reply as stated to outline next steps. I have phoned 3 times and sent e.mail - still nothing after almost 3 weeks! They have received my personal details which were sent in good faith to open an account and haven't had the decency to make any reply or acknowledgement. Don't they want to do business at all?
