I ordered 2 items from Ideal World a month ago, not received. They were received by Couriers early Feb. No delivery was made to me, they were returned from Couriers 4 days later, confirm, when I made my second phone call. I was sent forms to sign for non-receipt, (no envelope provided), forms signed and returned over a week ago and no refund as yet. Ideal World have my money and the items, but it feels like i can't get anywhere with Customer Service after my 3rd phone call - am waiting for return call from them. I for one will never buy from Ideal World again, a very bad and unhelpful company
