Good Points

Easy to get setup in the first place, quite cheap for signup


General Comments

Freezone were easy to sign up with but problems for me seemed to come later. They made me pay a fee to leave and the process seemed to take weeks as I didn't receive a response to my emails.
Support was OK at first but after a year or so an important domain wasn't renewed, this caused me a day or two of not just downtime but replacing the site with enom's auto-advertisements which didn't appear to help my SEO.
We purchased whois privacy but didn't seem to get it - after a month or two it appeared to be absent for a couple of our domains!
More recently they updated their server and changed all the settings. They notified us at 5pm one day by email and at 8am the following morning we found our last site remaining with them appeared to be broken. We didn't receive any response at all to any support messages for some days so we started another transfer out!
