Myself & my boyfriend decided to go to Ikea Lakeside to purchase a bed frame as I already had an Ikea mattress & we didn't really have a lot of money to spend.
We purchased our bed took it home & assembled it as we were putting the bed up we thought the piece of metal the slats sat on was a little thin but decided to carry on. After one nights sleep my boyfriend sat on the side of the bed & the slats moved & went underneath the bed. This has happened everyday since we bought the bed, before we go to sleep we have to check the slats are in place so that they do not disappear underneath the bed whilst we are asleep.
I have just been on the phone to Ikea customer services & the only thing they could recommend was that we take the bed apart and the slats & bring it to the store. However there was no mention of what would happen when we got to the store.
