Informed Tesco Car Insurance I wished to make a claim against the person who reversed into my car on Monday PM( it only took 10 mins ) they arranged for my car to be picked up the next day and it was repaired and back to me by the Friday afternoon (well pleased). Call centre staff very prompt in sorting out my claim , no forms to fill in all done in one short phone call. Tesco also arranged a hire car for me whilst mine was being repaired........ no cost ....plus I keep my no claims . No bad points at all ..........fantastic service
