Good Points

Easy to take out cover; prompt response to medical claim; exceptionally helpful when dealing with hospital.

General Comments

My wife was taken ill on holiday in Majorca and required emergency surgery. Everything was arranged and cover confirmed inside 90 minutes.

Post Office Travel Insurance kept me informed of developments on a daily basis, arranged a hotel for me when stay overran end of holiday and arranged flights - with assistance on arrival - to get us back to the UK.

At end of treatment I simply paid the excess to the hospital and we were out of there. Brilliant service.
