I ordered 2 "First Christmas" Baubles. A huge box arrived on the 12th December. Unfortunately it only contained one of the 2 items. I emailed them promptly, giving them time to send another bauble. None arrived, no explanation. After Christmas I received a statement for 2 baubles. I sent a cheque for one of the baubles plus postage and packing. with a note explaining that i only received one bauble. I have since received two statements saying i owe them money, both for different amounts. I am very disappointed in studio cards due to my experience.
