General Comments

On the 20th of Feb I emailed E Car Insurance about my existing policy with them. All I wanted was an additional quote to see how much it was going to cost to cover me to carry prescription drugs and doctors prescriptions in my car. I had been offered a job as delivery driver for my local pharmacy, the job was more or less mine but needed this quote!! I emailed the E car people at 9 am Friday morning and they finally emailed back at 1pm bearing in mind I could of started this job on the Monday providing the quote was good. They asked if the drugs I would be carrying were for me!! Even though I had explained it was a job!! and for ill people!! so another 4 hours later another reply with the same question!!! I sent another email stating the drugs where not for me but for ill people who needed the drugs delivered to their homes!! At 8pm Friday evening I get another email asking me if I wanted this matter referred to their underwriters Southern Rock!!! So a whole day wasted and the job has now been advertised and I have not got the job!

    I found this review unhelpful because at least the company emailed you back 3 times most dont bother.

    I agree this is an unhelpful review as to me it sounds a bit specialised carrying drugs in a car and this does look like a budget insurer. They did respond to you the same day initially.
