Despite being told by CD WOW that my item was shipped on the 7th of February I still haven't received it! When I have tried to get an answer from CD Wow they keep telling me I need to wait 21 days before they will investigate. This was a leaving present for my sister & she will have left before the item is 'investigated'!! They are unhelpful! Their website clearly states that you will receive the item within 5-7 days from despatch. As this is the second time this had happened (the last time was a xmas present that took 6 weeks!), I won't be using CD Wow again!!
