I got a phone from the Carphone Warehouse web based sales site called e2save. The bluetooth did not work on it and i brought it back to be repaired. As it was after the initial 28 day replacement period it had to be sent off which was fine, they gave me a replacement handset which was rubbish (in my opinion) and failed to notify me when it was returned to the store. All I got by way of explanation was a load of management speak drivel. Anyway they had replaced the phone, which was fine but this handset failed to charge the battery and the battery cover was broken, after weeks of pleading and waiting I got the handset back yesterday with a new battery cover and new battery... still doesn't work.
