my boyfriend ordered a fridge freezer from currys and booked a slot for the following Friday between 3 and 7 for it to be delivered. Come 7 o clock it hadn't arrived yet. On phoning the help line we were told that they were running 3 hours late and told that the driver was not answering the phone. Come 9.30pm the driver called us and said they would not be able to deliver that night, when asked why he seemed rude towards me and sounded as though he had just sighed down the phone.

On Saturday morning we called the helpline and were told they could not give us a specific time as the delivery company was not answering the phone. We had to call back several times to be told that the delivery had not been booked in so we would have to phone the delivery company on Sunday morning to book a slot for Sunday!

On Sunday morning, they were not answering the phone yet again so we had to call the helpline. We were then told that the only information the helpline had was that the delivery had been completed! They got in contact with the delivery company who then phoned us and said it would be delivered at 5 that evening. We have never received such a seemingly unhelpful and careless service from another company and will never order from curry's again.
